Job Responsibilities:

• Meeting face-to-face with small and medium size businesses in the Louisville market on behalf of our client.
• Excellent Customer Service Experience
• Working well with a team
• Provide excellent customer service
• Must be extremely detail-oriented
• Critical thinking, proactive attitude, strong communication skills displaying empathy and caring
• Ability to listen effectively
• Be extremely articulate and professional

Qualifications:

• 2 years of stable customer service experience in a high volume environment
• Previous sales experience preferred (six months or more)
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Logical problem solving skills
• Oral and written communication skills
• Availability to work various shifts
• Ability to use Windows operating systems and navigate between various windows
• Demonstrate a high sense of urgency
• Must have a keen sense of attention to detail, taking the initiative.
