Job description

Superior Business Solutions is seeking a Sales Associate - 11am - 7pm to become an integral part of our team!

Here at Superior we represent clients in cable and satellite. You will be responsible for selling products and services in a retail setting in order to drive company revenue.

We do not offer any door-to-door sales or telemarketing positions

We are trying to fill this position as soon as possible!

Responsibilities:

  • Welcome and identify customer needs
  • Explain products and services to customers
  • Enter and process customer orders
  • Investigate and resolve customer complaints

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to build rapport with customers
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong negotiation skills
