We’re seeking to fill a critical role in our office. You’ll be the glue that helps our management team provide outstanding service to our customers. You’ll allow them to focus on building the business while you maintain purchase order logs and inventory count at the branch office.

Are you motivated by a group of managers who value your phenomenal organizational skills, verbal skills, and extreme attention to details?

You’ll need to have had prior experience in with invoicing, accounts receivable, credit issues, and reporting. If you’ve been in environment where you pulled budgets together in excel, ordered materials, done light accounting, supervised clerical staff, and prepared reports.

Responsibilities:

  • Process customer invoicing daily

  • Print and mail invoices

  • Maintain customer invoice files in a manner consistent with company policies

  • Resolve customer invoicing discrepancies

  • Generate corrected invoices when necessary

  • Issue credits for corrected invoices and returned materials

  • Process charge-backs for labor discrepancies

  • Process warranty work orders

  • Assist with various tasks as requested by supervisor

Qualification:

  • Good attention to detail and problem solving skills

  • Ability to meet deadlines

  • Basic computer skills

  • High school diploma
