Job description

The Position: CSR/Marketing

Key Responsibilities:

  • Meet and greet new customers
  • Follow up with existing customers to improve retention
  • Assist new customers with enrollment
  • Educate customers on new program options to improve their services
  • Conduct formal presentations to prospective customers
  • Management of territories

This is NOT a call center position and involves face-to-face interactions with customers

What we provide: Qualified candidates will receive full comprehensive training in the areas of customer service, marketing and sales.

Customer Service Representatives will also receive detailed career planning and continual coaching and mentor-ship to help with their personal and professional development. Benefits will be available after an initial probationary period.

Qualified candidates must have:

  • The ability to learn new skills and adapt quick
  • Must be able to pass a drug screen and background check
