What are pay structure looks like; Well let me start with it looks awesome. We have a guaranteed hourly pay that we offer. Here’s part of the awesomeness IT'S NEGOTIABLE what your starting rate with us is, and NO IT'S NOT MINIMUM WAGE, not even close. To make this even better you receive commission and bonuses on top of your hourly pay!
