Job description

We are a well established real estate investment education firm who is rapidly growing in size. We are hiring motivated business professionals looking to learn while growing their resume. You will be working with our newest clients helping them implement new business tools and strategies as well as assisting with other customer service needs. You will be working very closely with 8-10 clients per week, so our ideal candidate possesses very good interpersonal communication skills, the ability to learn quickly, and the motivation to grow into the new roles opening up in the organization. You will also be working with our in office team helping with basic desktop support and setup.

Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years of Customer Service or Sales Experience required
• Tech support or desktop support experience a big plus
• Must be motivated and high energy to learn a new industry/business
• People Skills are a must
• Microsoft Office proficiency a must
• Personal/Business development product sales experience is a plus
• Must be able to communicate effectively over the phone and via e mail
• No real estate license required

Technical Requirements:
• Basic computer troubleshooting skills required advanced troubleshooting preferred
• Experience using web based applications

Compensation:
• $12-15/hr. DOE.
• Bonus opportunities exist including daily/weekly/monthly gift cards from $25 to $100
• Monday through Friday 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM (No Weekends)
• Medical and Dental (after 60 days)
• Paid Vacation and Holidays
