Leading Area Call Center is exploding with opportunity and seeking Customer Service Specialists to join their team. Parking is free and there is a full-service on-site cafeteria All positions Paid Training on March 6th. If selected your starting pay rate is $12.00 per hour and the hours of Paid Training are 8:00 am- 4:30 pm. Upon completion of training, you will be assigned a shift beginning as early as 8:00 am or as late as 2:00 pm. Alternate shift may be selected once seniority is gained. Upon permanent hire by our client and Quality Scores are achieved, you may be offered the option of continuing to work at this beautiful, spacious and airy facility or - Work from Home.
This position requires intelligence, compassion and the ability to communicate well. Will be taking inbound calls from healthcare insurance subscribers. With the information gained in training, you will help subscribers make plan choices and answer other questions that they may have. During peak season there will be an opportunity for overtime and occasional weekend work.
To qualify you need:
• At least 6 months Customer Service experience by phone or in person
• Proof of highest level of education (HS Diploma or GED)
• To be looking for a long-term career opportunity
• To be successful in a Call Center skill assessment
