Rewrite an existing COTs system in accordance with CMS’ Agile XLC framework on site at Security Blvd., Baltimore from 8am to 5pm daily.

Under the guidance of the current IT staff and the PM, provide CMS’ Agile XLC Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Testing, Debugging, Documentation and Maintenance of client-server, Web based, Object Oriented applications. using .NET technologies and Java on windows and web environments.

§ 3 to 5 years experience

§ Familiar with CMMI L3

§ Knowledge of CMS’ Agile XLC Framework

Desired Qualifications: (desired experience, education, and training)

§ 5 to 7 years experience

§ Masters Degree in IT or Engineering

§ Excellent communications (written and oral) skills

§ Bachelor’s degree in IT or Engineering
