Job Title: Sr. Developer (23371) 
Location: Dallas, TX
Duration: Direct Hire

Key skills for this position are:

  • 5 years plus demonstrated experience designing, developing and managing the deployment of Sitecore based software solutions
  • 3 to 5 years hands on programming experience in Microsoft C#.Net (v2.0 – v4.5), ASP .Net MVC,  Web API, SignalR, HTML5, JavaScript, JQuery, Backbone.js, Node.js, and Web Services
  • Good understanding of software development methodologies, object oriented programming, database design and development.
  • Experience working with interactive agencies and web based applications/ web sites required.
  • Experience with other web content management systems and ecommerce web sites a plus
  • Magento, Ektron, Adobe EXM, SDL Tridion, SharePoint or Sitefinity a plus
  • Experience with database design and development on Microsoft SQL Server 2000 - 2015 database technologies required
  • Technical Certifications a plus, Sitecore certification and Microsoft certifications desired
  • Team player with excellent problem solving skills, analytics thinking skills and communication (both written and verbal)
  • Demonstrates the ability to multi-task and contribute across different projects in a lead capacity as well as the ability to mentor and manage Jr. Development team resources.
  • Demonstrates the ability to deliver high impact solutions under tight timelines and budgets through past experiences and the interview
  • Motivated, Energetic and demonstrates a strong aptitude to learning new technologies in a fast paced environment 
  • Bachelor’s degree and/or Masters in computer science desired

Under this role the Sr. Developer will be mentored on the latest design patterns, practices, and industry standards within .NET C# and other enterprise web technologies. In addition, the candidate will be exposed to and expected to learn and quickly adapt to the software lifecycle process and most importantly the interactive web development and execution lifecycle. The candidate is expected and has the opportunity path for moving up into a Senior Technical Lead/Architect role and further up the ladder once he/she has demonstrated the aptitude and skills required for such roles as per Horizontal Integration expectations. The candidate will be exposed to the multiple technologies in web development, content management solutions (Sitecore) and other enterprise application development and integration paradigms.
