Job description

  • Creating and preparing all necessary paperwork for the creation and implementation of clients investment accounts.  
  • Monitoring, processing and completing the transfer of assets on initial and subsequent funding of investment accounts. 
  • Processing proposal amendments, monitoring account alerts in the designated software. 
  • Following-up on trade completion and confirmations.  Working with investment analysts to resolve any trade related issues.  
  • Corresponding with clients to handle investment related customer service needs.  
  • Performing cashiering functions.  I.E. accepting contributions to clients accounts.  Sending money to clients upon client request.  
  • Running account performance report in designated software.  
  • Maintained details account of incoming/outgoing funds daily.  
  • Alert team when assets have arrived so that the adviser can  determine appropriate dollar cost averaging strategy.  

Requirements:

College Degree
