Director of Planning And Evaluation

Detailed Job Description:
PNP Staffing is currently recruiting for a Director of Planning and Evaluation for an International Non-Profit Organization. The Director of Planning and Evaluation will work with program executives and directors to establish department strategic planning processes by gathering pertinent business, financial, service, and operations information; identifies and evaluates trends and options; defines objectives; chooses a course of action; evaluates outcomes. This person will develop insights and recommend courses of action to shape organization program strategy.

Responsibilities:
Strategy & Communications 
-Manage schedule and format of evaluation reporting, working in collaboration with colleagues to identify and present high-level analytics to organization and external
stakeholders.
-Design and implement program evaluations, present data-driven analyses that inform high-level program strategy and management. 
-Oversees Director of Budget to accomplish financial objectives by forecasting requirements; preparing an annual budget; managing department expenditures and income
-Identifies trends in quality of program service and participant experience; recommends management improvements.
-Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; benchmarking best-practices; participating in professional societies.

-Experience working with SPSS, SAS, R, or another statistical package
