Company Description

Pick Up Stix has been serving Guests for over 25 years. The first Pick Up Stix opened in 1989 in Laguna Niguel, California. The concept was developed around the idea of taking the best traditional Chinese food and adapting it to American tastes! Unlike our competitors who serve food from steam tables, our focus continues to be on fresh, high quality food wok'd fresh to order and served in a friendly, comfortable environment. Our exhibition kitchens treat our Guests to a show of the art of Chinese cooking as they watch their dish being prepared to order. We strive to be our Guests neighborhood choice for Asian food.

We are rated as one of the fastest growing fast-casual restaurant companies in the United States. Our ability to be successful after 25 years is due to several factors. First, we select great Team Members who possess winning attitudes which include being confident, engaged and spirited. Our success is dependent upon the success of our Team Members. We care for our Team Members, recognize excellence and praise it. We have strong beliefs in promoting Team Members internally. Our restaurants strive to be businesses where we show care for one another, rely on each other and respect and value one another.
