Position Overview:

We are seeking a high level Director of Operations to join our team in the Urgent Care and Occupational Industry! This person will provide leadership in support of the organization’s core values, as well as the development of effective community leadership and collaborative relationships. Education and Experience Requirements:

· Excellent leadership and communication skills

· Excellent analytical skills a MUST

· Demonstrated leadership experience

· Knowledge of Medicare and Medicaid reimbursement a plus

· Strong Fiscal and budgetary experience

· Strong healthcare regulatory knowledge

· Prior experience as a Director of operations preferred

· Experience within the Urgent Care and Occupational Health Industry

· Minimum of five years’ experience in a healthcare management capacity

· Ability to work with physicians and other healthcare professionals

· Minimum of Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Business, Finance or related field Master’s degree preferred
