The Position:

The Strategy Insights Director is a passionate professional who translates emotional-based consumer insights into business growth strategies for Fortune 1000 clients. This is a client-facing position that owns the storytelling of these insights to C-level executives, business leaders and owners of various marketing and tactical work streams. This professional leverages and aligns Motista’s predictive intelligence on Emotional Connection to address clients’ most critical business challenges and to accelerate top-line growth. This position collaborates closely with Motista’s research, analytics and client teams to identify the most relevant insights while supporting clients in the socialization, activation and measurement of Emotional Connection.

Who You Are:

You have a ­­­B.S. degree or MBA with 8+ years of previous work experience where you've demonstrated the ability to use research and sophisticated data-driven insights to identify growth opportunities, shape strategies and craft compelling stories. Top executives look to you to help them understand, build and activate strategies that grow their businesses. You are equally effective working with marketing, advertising, customer experience and product innovation teams to incorporate insights into their work streams. And while bringing consumers and their motivations to life, you’re business acumen drives you to connect these insights directly to business goals and results.
