EAS Ops SpecialistApply Fort Myers , FL Regular Full-time Job Description:
Providesoperational and sales support to the EAS sales teams and leadership. Supportglobally consistent data collection and reporting practices for a consistentmanagerial approach in all regions. Promote effective use of sales tools andsuccessful implementation of new processes. Provide front line support to thesales teams to resolve inquiries and support sales effectiveness.
BusinessReporting
Support global consistency in business tracking, datacollection, and management practices through timely and accurate businessreporting.
·Produce weekly, monthly, quarterly, and ad hocbusiness reporting to support business management and decision making acrossthe EAS Leadership Team
·Ensure all reporting is accurate, timely, andformatted professionally
·Produce summary reports, highlights, and trends onbusiness unit Key Performance Indicators, Priorities, and Way to Win on agreedupon cadence.
·Support Operations Manager by raising trends acrossthe EAS business identified through data analysis and reporting that maysupport process improvement, additional reporting needs, or businessinitiatives
EASTerritory Alignment
·Conduct monthly reconciliation of EAS territories toensure that they are calibrate as per the EAS territory alignment strategy.
·Address ad hoc territory inquiries, escalating anyexception requests to the Operations Manager
·Track and report of impact of territory changes toindividuals and the overall business
·Participate in creating new territories and quotas fornew sales associates
ImprovedProcesses
SupportOperations Manager in improving process both within the EAS Operations Team andacross the EAS Sales Team.
·Identify opportunities to improve reporting processesbased on business initiatives and challenges identified
·Be in tuned with audience of reports to ensure thatreporting and structure of reporting are supporting their business needs
·Through engagements with EAS team, identify areas thatthey are having challenges or time drains
·Help to identify training and technology/process gapsfor improvement
·Promote education on reporting or business processesacross the EAS and EAS Leadership Teams
·Become extremely familiar with Client Connect, ESM,reporting dashboards, and other technologies/tool along with related businessprocess in order to support process improvement and implementation across EASand EAS Leadership Teams
·Play an active role in documenting EAS processesspecifically relating to EAS Operations Processes

Job RequirementsRequirements:
· Bachelor’s Degree
· 1-3 years overall business experience preferred
· Solution Oriented
· Ability to quickly adapt to change

· Strong Oral & Written Communication Skills
· Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
· Ability to work effectively on multiple projects at the same time
· Comprehensive knowledge of Gartner’s internal systems and reporting.
· Exceptional Microsoft office skills, especially Excel & PowerPoint
· Demonstrated ability to work independently and with little direction
· Experience and aptitude to work in databases
· Possess excellent interpersonal skills
· Demonstrate strong problem solving skills
