Position Description Job Summary:As a member of the Development Operation team, the Systems Engineer will be responsible for working collaboratively with others across a number of distributed data center environments. The Systems Engineer will ensure proper function and efficiency of all production systems and their respective applications to include deployments, configurations, operations management, security, monitoring and alerting, as well as, directly troubleshooting and resolving incidents as may be required.Essential Job Functions: •Require minimum CCNA level, prefer CCNP level knowledge to manage cisco switches, routers, firewalls and VPNs across multiple international and stateside locations• Management experience with VMware, DvSwitching and V-SANS • Maximizing network performance by monitoring performance, troubleshooting network problems and outages• Experience with Cisco UCS server platform environment and management, IMC central, UCS Manager\Director, HP and Netapp Storage• Extensive knowledge of Linux and Windows server operating systems• Knowledge of UCS fabric interconnects• Preferred experience with DMVPN, site-to-site VPN, Point-to-point 10GB infrastructure, site-to-site circuit redundancy, active\active data center connectivity• Ability to script/code in two or more of the following languages: bash, Perl, python, ruby, C#, VBScript, JavaScript.• Ability to obtain state gaming license• Highly effective oral and written communications; ability to explain complex designs and relationships• Authorized to work in the US on full-time basis.• Preferred but not required - Experience on F5 BIGIP Load balancers or Palo Alto Firewall management Position Requirements Qualifications:Education: Bachelor of Science in Information Science/Systems, or equivalent experience and industry certificationsRequired Experience: Minimum of 5+ years of systems administration experience or systems consulting experienceWork Conditions: May require evenings and weekends.
