Project Manager - OSP Engineering

JOB TITLE: Project Manager

REQUIRED SKILLS

Capacity Management – Identifying a work group's daily capacity and determining the required capacity to complete the work.

Production Expectations – Based on a team’s performance or sometimes the performance need provide daily or weekly production expectations.

Innovation for Cycle Time Reduction and Quality – Either through process or products identify innovative ways to reduce work cycle times and increase quality. Speed is extremely important but without quality it’s all for not.

Forecasting – Determining a workload and financial forecast based on trends, historical trends or customer commitments.

Production Reporting – Retrieve, analyze, transform and report data for business intelligence

EXPERIENCE

• 5+ years OSP Engineering experience (FTTH, FTTP, FTTB, FTTCS, or FTTC)
• Minimum 5 years Project Management focused on aerial, underground and/or small cell projects.
