We are seeking an outstanding customer service associate for an immediate hire position in one of Boston's fastest growing start ups! We have seen ample growth in the past year and are looking for someone with previous customer service experience, who is looking to build their professional resume to join our team. This position offers a team driven and collaborative work environment combined with the opportunity for unlimited growth!

Position Overview:
Position requires a high level of correspondence with customers and with members. Must be strong in Microsoft applications, and be able to work well with others in a fast-paced & high volume environment.

Job Functions:
- Assisting customers with questions or issues
- Communication via email and phone
- Responsible for clerical and administrative support including faxing, copying and data entry

Requirements:
- Customer Service or Retail experience is preferred
- Interest in start up or technology is a plus!
