Allstate Insurance-Customer Development Specialists needed for fast-paced Agency!

Location-Chicagoland

As a fast-growing Allstate Agency located in downtown Chicago, we are seeking several dedicated Customer Development Specialists for long-term employment to assist us in growing our customer base and overall book of business. At our Allstate Agency, we believe in giving you the tools you need to be successful. One of these tools is a strong training program geared toward effective prospecting, rapport building, and handling objections.

The goal is to ensure that the business and each Customer Development Representative gains financial success. The sky is the limit!

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Partner with a seasoned licensed insurance producers to learn how to generate strong new business leads using several different methods, such as attending prospecting events and leveraging the area that you live in.
  • Effectively build new relationships by delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Act as the liaison between prospects and our licensed Sales Producers.

We Want Customer Development Specialists Who:

  • Obtain high energy
  • Are open-minded
  • Have the will to be successful in a fast-paced sales environment (previous sales experience a plus)
  • Can articulate the benefits of insurance in a short amount of time
  • Are self-motivated
  • Have a professional appearance
  • Are 21+ years old
  • Speak English (Bilingual a plus)
