Responsibilities
Establish and maintain solid relationships with clients as advocate and ambassador
Respond to incoming service requests from clients via phone and email
Triage and prioritize requests
Enter requests in tracking system, ensuring accuracy and process compliance
Resolve level one technical issues
Maintain schedules for consultant and service desk teams
Maintain customer contact database
Minimum Qualifications
· Ability to maintain accurate records and follow process
· Ability to use Microsoft Office applications
· Strong oral and written communication skills
· Strong customer service, organizational, prioritization, multitasking, and communication skills
