The Position:

This position calls for an experienced Data Manager to work as extension of the Motista Data Analytic team in support of responsibilities related to the management of data sets critical to Motista’s client delivery process. The optimal fit for this position is a Data Management specialist who is able to fully grasp the complexity of data management and has a strong understanding of databases and data analytic procedures. You will also be tech-savvy, possess excellent troubleshooting skills, and have strong attention to detail. Ultimately, in this role, you will ensure that Motista data needs are met accurately and efficiently, providing the guidance and recommendations to develop actionable data sets to support analyses to meet our fast paced demands to deliver the highest level strategic insights to our Fortune 1000 clients.

Who You Are:

You have BS/BA degree in Computer Science or similar field and have previous work experience where you’ve demonstrated the ability to work with a variety of datasets (e.g. CRM, survey, transactional, unstructured) of various sizes and are proficient in SPSS Statistics. In your previous data management roles you’ve demonstrated the ability to work with a different variable types (nominal, scale, flag, string, date), the ability to leverage the appropriate strategies in the manipulation and creation of variables and you possess an analytical mindset with problem-solving skills. Previous colleagues have been consistently impressed by your proficiency at troubleshooting data-related problems and working collaboratively to come to a practical solution. You take pride in your work, enjoy being an independent consultant and are interested in a long term working relationship with us and our clients.
