We are seeking a Full Time Entry Level Direct Sales to join our team! You will resolve customer questions and offer solutions to drive company revenue.

This position is entry level and is perfect for someone with high energy looking to enter the work force with a reputable company. Richard Allen, inc specializes in internal on job training and development allowing employees to build a long term career inside the corporate structure.

Responsibilities:

  • Present and sell company products and services to new business clients
  • Prospect and contact new corporate customers
  • Reach agreed upon sales targets by the deadline
  • Resolve customer inquiries and issues
  • Set follow-up appointments to keep customers aware of latest developments
  • Create sales material to present to customers

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms such as Sales Force
  • Ability to build rapport with clients
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Deadline and detail-oriented
