Are you a recent college grad, soon-to-be-college grad, or early career sales professional interested in making great money? Whether you love sports or not (that's right, or not!) we will teach you how to sell to corporate executives in companies across America. At International Sports Management (ISM) we produce and sell the best corporate sports hospitality and ticketing packages in the world. We are celebrating our 20th Anniversary this year and are expanding further in May (and this year). We are seeking four (4) energized candidates for National Account Executive positions at our U.S. Headquarters in Downtown Chicago!

You will be responsible for new business generation, calling on companies around the U.S. and selling packages to major events such as the Masters, U.S. Open, the NCAA Basketball Tournament, the Super Bowl, and many more. If you have experience in B2B Sales or have the desire to learn how to sell, we should talk! The position will expand into account management in addition to new business generation, along with growth potential for promotion into sales management within the first 6-8 months. Note: initial phone screening and in-person first interviews are being conducted now for our upcoming training and sales team expansion immediately following our U.S. Open event in late-June.

The position will focus on every aspect of the sales process. Our clients use ISM to host and entertain their top accounts, prospects, and incentive their top performers. You would be calling on companies in major cities around the U.S. though this is not a telemarketing job. This is an inside sales position where you will be interacting and building relationships with Vice Presidents, Presidents, and CEOs of multi-million dollar companies.

What We Provide:

  • Comprehensive initial training along with continuous mentoring
  • Base salary + commission, uncapped
  • Bi-monthly revenue sharing program for qualifying Account Executives
  • Bonuses, both cash & prize (monthly, quarterly & annually)

  • Three weeks paid vacation in your first year of eligibility and off all major holidays (over 4 weeks paid off in 2017)
  • First year earnings avg. range of $40K-$60K+ (base + commission), Year two $80K+

  • Bachelor’s degree (Business preferred but not required)

  • Ability to explain how a deficiency in one of the above categories won’t hinder you to succeed
