Entry Level Sales

Tempus, Inc. is looking to hire 5 highly-motivated entry level professionals immediately to help our team with expansion.

The Culture Fit:

  • Candidates who have great communication skills, strong leadership qualities and a desire to be a part of a successful and fun work culture will fit in great with our team and should apply immediately.
  • We love solution-oriented, proactive self-starters. They do very well in a rapidly-changing, growth industry like ours. Complainers, victims and those who have a hard time pushing themselves need not apply.

How we Conduct Business:

  • Our approach with customers is low-pressure and personal. We do not do any telemarketing calls, only in-person presentations. Therefore, professional image and the ability to communicate effectively are musts in order to be considered for this position.
  • We also manage customers and create strategic client partnerships. So we want people who can protect our brand and expand its reach. People with high character and the ability to build sincere relationships and trust are key traits of a great fit for our team.

Sales:

  • With thorough mentorship and training, we aren't overly worried about sales experience, but it is a plus. Additionally, we want someone who thinks strategically and is confident to contribute ideas and solutions to increasing business.

Upward Mobility:

  • We will be opening several locations throughout California and the U.S. in the next few years, so there is and will always be plenty of room to move up.
