There’s nothing to push on people. It’s a clear case of the greatest value in nutrition, with the convenience of home delivery which saves gas, and the good feeling of supporting our Green Initiative of recyclable glass bottles that don’t contribute to landfills.

South Denver region sales reps must be willing to drive their own cars (with reimbursement), keeping them clean and in good working order. They will travel to our headquarters in Longmont for semi-monthly meetings. Our goal is that you will be able to work near to your home, within a 20 mile radius.

Start earning a good wage now. Longmont Dairy sales reps receive a generous compensation package, allowing for increased income for each sales representative as they excel. Following a 6-week training period, during which a sales person is paid about $3,000 per month based on sales goals, sales representatives can earn up to $60,000 a year.

Entry level and new grads are welcome.

Work schedule hours vary throughout the year. In the summer, they are Monday through Friday, 11:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. In the winter, the hours are Monday through Friday 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.

Our milk delivery is overnight, fresh from our cows. We know that our milk comes from cows that receive the best care and quality feed, with no supplemental BST growth hormones. We bottle the milk in glass bottles at our own local dairy to control the quality of the entire process, and deliver the best in nutrition to regular customers.

Requirements

Our sales representatives must be able to:

• Provide Current Colorado Drivers License
• Provide current copy of Motor Vehicle Report (MVR) verifying four points or less in the last three years and under no suspensions in the last five years.
• Employee Screenings: Criminal Background Checks, Drug Screenings and MVRs are required for conditional job offer.
• Must have had a license for at least 5 years
• Easily read and follow route maps
• Maintain your vehicles in good working order keeping it clean
• Obey traffic laws
• Clearly read and write in English
• Maintain records
• Write new customer orders according to company guidelines
• Order sales samples
• Attend weekly meetings (semi-monthly in Longmont)

Dress Code - A clean, well-groomed appearance is required. Uniform shirts and caps are provided. Dress is casual, but professional. Jeans, athletic shoes and tee shirts are not allowed.
