Job description

Responsibilities:

The Data Research Intern will be responsible for Houlihan Capital’s Customer Relationship Management System (CRM) maintenance. Houlihan Capital is looking to increase its total number of companies and contacts within the CRM by researching the firm’s targeted industries and obtaining relevant information. In addition to CRM upkeep, side projects will be assigned to boost CRM totals.

Expectations:

· Desire to gain experience in the financial services industry

· Perform timely entry of data into the CRM

· Perform editing of the existing data, either by direct request or by proactive research

· Perform other related duties as directed by supervisor

· Provide daily progress reports

Skills:

· Demonstrate basic Excel competency

· Strong attention to detail

· Ability to work independently

· Entrepreneurial mindset

· Personable

· Strong & outgoing personality

Qualifications:

· Undergraduate student (preferable freshman – junior year)

· Minimum 15 hours a week
