HealthCare Scouts is actively seeking an onsite Clinical Quality Performance Specialist Registered Nurse / R.N. / RN! We are partnered with a top health plan in Philadelphia who is actively interviewing qualified candidates for immediate openings! A Clinical Quality Performance Specialist Registered Nurse / R.N. / RN will be responsible for leading and coordinating the clinical quality review process of member concerns and medical records utilizing of care standards. Additionally, you will support HEDIS, Clinical Practice Guidelines, accreditation, and clinical quality performance improvement activities.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Clear and active Registered Nurse - licensed in Philadelphia
  • At least 3 years of experience with NCQA Accreditation, Quality of Care investigating, and Medicare knowledge 
  • At least 3 years of Managed Care and Quality Improvement experience

SALARY:

Up to $75,000 annually (based on experience), including a 7% yearly bonus!
