Chipton-Ross is seeking an Executive Assistant for an opening in Chicago, IL.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
-Screening calls, managing calendars, correspondence, and other scheduled communication of assigned leaders
- Coordinate and support leadership team meetings and projects
- Plan and coordinate domestic and international flights, local travel, hotels, and related arrangements including visas and meals for assigned leaders
- Support other Senior Leaders in Sales and Marketing and assigned functional leadership, as they may relate to special projects 
- Prepare correspondence and other written material as requested including but not limited to, Organizational Announcements, Reporting, editing presentations, etc.
- Report departmental expenses and manage all functional reporting.
-- Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications.
- Coordinate with other administrative staff on projects, meetings, and other tasks as assigned.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
- At least 3 years of related experience in administrative support for corporate executive leadership
-Strong computer skills (Microsoft) in Outlook, Excel, PPT, etc. 
- Experience supporting a geographically dispersed team and/or sales and marketing teams a plus
-Ideal candidate will have a can-do attitude and demonstrate flexibility and excellent interpersonal skills to work with people at all levels internally and externally
-Strong organization and project management skills. Able to handle multiple requests from multiple parties at once and prioritize
-Sensitivity to confidential matters

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE: 
- An associate's or bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or similar area preferred

EDUCATION: 
Accredited High School Diploma/GED
