Job description

A cutting edge digital marketing media firm seeks a temp to perm Executive Assistant to assist C-level executives and partners for a 3-4 month project. This candidate must assist our client in responding to current and future advertising and marketing strategies in order to promote growth within the market. The ideal individual must be creative and driven to promote clients in the most effective ways possible.

Downtown Manhattan

$25-28/hr

Responsibilities include:

- Managing complex calendars and schedule meetings for a team of 4 sales and marketing executives

- Coordinating international and domestic travel as well as car service, hotel arrangements and assisting with organizing client entertainment

- Handling budgets for specifics projects as well as continually processing travel and expense reports

- Assisting in research for current social media marketing strategies

- Maintain accurate documentation and filing systems as well as archiving documents as needed

- Utilize PowerPoint to create presentations and marketing materials

- Support staff in ordering marketing materials and tracking invoices

- Manage and develop promotional needs alongside the PR team

Qualifications:

- 3-5 years of experience in similar industry (media/advertising/PR/marketing)

- Bachelor’s degree

- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Suite; Excel, Word, Outlook and especially PowerPoint or Keynote. Experience with HTML, Adobe, Dreamweaver and InDesign preferred.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Strong ability to be able to work under pressure and ensure all deadlines are met

- Enjoy working in a team environment

- Sense of humor a must!
