Proposal Coordinator/Executive Assistant in our New York office located in the Empire State Building working within the Business Development team. In this lightning fast paced, high performance business unit you will provide administrative support to a senior sales executive.
Responsibilities
- Creating, delivering and tracking proposals
- Updating Salesforce
- Travel Arrangements/Logistics
- Calendaring – scheduling meetings and appointments
- Meeting planning, scheduling, preparation and note taking during meetings
- Client interaction
- Travel to 15%
Qualifications
- High energy, high performance multi-tasker!
- 3+ years' recent experience in a fast paced sales environment supporting sales executives or sales departments
- Experience creating proposals, RFPs or SOWs
- Degree preferred
- Experience updating a CRM (ACT, Salesforce, etc.)
- Proficient with Microsoft Office suite of products
- Organized and detail oriented
- Superior communication skills
- Bachelors Degree
- Office hours 8:30AM – 6:30PM and later as needed
