The Housekeeper is responsible for daily general cleaning of all rooms and other side-work in assigned work areas. The Housekeeper is responsible for cleaning assigned dining rooms after each meal time. The Housekeeper will assist when residents move rooms to ensure the rooms are cleaned and ready for the new resident. Housekeeping ensures paper products and soap in restrooms and common areas in assigned work areas are replaced. They will re-stock carts before end of shifts. The Housekeeper is responsible for the upkeep of cleaning equipment. They should report any areas/problems in need of repairs to the department head. Overall goal is to help in keeping the facility clean and safe for residents, staff and visitors.
##Qualifications
1+ years of Housekeeping and/or cleaning experience preferred
Must enjoy working with the elderly, be friendly, patient, and have a caring attitude
