INSIDE SALES REPRESENTATIVE – NEW GRAD


Our client in the construction industry is a global leader in their field and is seeking an Inside Sales Representative for the Dallas office.

As the Inside Sales Representative, you will identify prospective clients over the phone; using your ability to connect and providing expertise and guidance throughout the process. If you are motivated and charismatic, this is a great opportunity to grow your sales experience and join a fun and energetic team.

New Grads are strongly encouraged to apply! Our client offers a competitive base salary plus commission.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Establish rapport with new leads initially over the phone.
• Screen clients to determine eligibility.
• Provide solutions by analyzing customer needs and exceeding expectations.
• Answer questions and make recommendations.
• Work to achieve team and individual goals.

REQUIREMENTS

• 1 years’ sales experience with a successful track record.
• Prior experience in the construction industry is preferred.
• Proven success overcoming objections.
• Able to develop new and existing relationships.
• Tech savvy with social media experience.
• Prior success meeting and exceeding sales goals.
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Able to identify opportunities for improvement and assume responsibility.
• Work well under pressure, and exercise sound judgment and discretion.
• Must be self-confident, self-motivated, and possess a professional demeanor at all times.
