Job description

Inside Sales Representatives (ISRs) work in a fast-paced inside sales environment interfacing with clients, senior management, operations, and institutional capital sources. ISRs market the firm's suite of financial products directly to our client base of equipment dealers and businesses. Our employees gain financial aptitude, industry expertise, and refined business-to-business sales techniques suitable for communicating with business owners and managers. ISRs also gain expertise in financial statement and credit analysis, making them among the most valued sales professionals in the financial services industry.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Educate and advise customers about Bank of Cardiff's suite of financing solutions
  • Analyze credit risk, compliance, and cash flow scenarios
  • Understand clients' corporate structures, business plans, operational strategies
  • Convert high value, proprietary leads into recurring revenue
  • Participate in targeted inbound and outbound marketing campaigns while working leads through the sales process
  • Establish and maintain a strong client base through consistent inbound and outbound communication
  • Develop diverse industry expertise including specific product and technical knowledge
  • Actively maintain contacts in client relationship management application (CRM)


QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelors degree preferred
  • 2+ Years of Inside Sales Experience
  • Strong phone presence and ability to communicate financial concepts
  • Cold Calling experience
  • Strong work ethic, motivation, and ambition to set and exceed goals
  • Familiarity with rudimentary finance concepts, formulas and applications preferred
  • Ability to exceed expectations under pressure in a fast paced, competitive environment
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team framework


COMPENSATION

$15.00/hr ($31,200/yr) + Uncapped Commission
Average 1st year total compensation (salary + commission) is around $50,000-$75,000.
Average 2nd year total compensation (salary + commission) is close if not over six-figures.
