Freedom Financial Network is looking for high-energy, driven Inside Sales Loan Consultants to join our Tempe location to consult, qualify, and enroll clients into our Consolidation Plus program.

Responsibilities:

  • Qualify sales leads
  • Understand and execute a consultative sale
  • Deliver value to prospect and close the deal
  • Manage the sales pipeline
  • High level of empathy
  • Insure accurate forecasting to meet your monthly goals

Qualifications:

  • 3 years consultative sales experience (Admissions, Enrollment or Financial services a plus)
  • 1-2 years call center experience (outbound)
  • Strong communication and critical thinking skills
  • A strong drive to succeed
  • Effective listening skills with high level of empathy
  • Goal oriented
  • Business to Consumer sales
  • Strong Time Management Skills
