Job description

We are looking for talented and competitive Inside Sales Representatives that thrive in an outbound call center environment. The successful candidate will play a fundamental role in achieving our goals and revenue growth objectives. You must be comfortable working in a team environment, making dozens of calls per day, generating interest, qualifying prospects and closing sales.

Responsibilities:

· Source new sales opportunities through outbound calls

· Identify key players and generate interest

· Conduct customer analysis to identify needs, determine the impact of products and services on customers, and identify which products, services and features to promote

· Solicit information from the customer by asking probing questions

· Qualify and close sales

· Meet, achieve and exceed quotas

· Conduct competitive analysis of offerings and maintain awareness of the competition

Requirements:

· Minimum High school diploma or GED

· Business to Business sales experience preferred, but not required

· Proven inside sales/outbound calls experience

· Track record of achieving and exceeding quota

· Strong phone presence and experience dialing dozens of calls per day

· The ability to take advantage of all opportunities to sell products and services to customers by following a needs-based sales practice

· Excellent verbal communication and listening skills

Job details:

Pay: $14 per hour, bonus when hired on permanently

Hours: 6:00 am – 2:30 pm Monday-Friday
