LPN – Licensed Practical Nurses Needed – Full Time

Location:  Hamburg, PA

Facility:  Long-Term Care/Skilled Care/ Intellectual and Physical disabilities

Shifts:  Days or Evening or Nights – 8hrs shifts

Length:  40hrs/week (on-going)

Number of positions:  10+

Start Date:  ASAP

Orientation:  2 x 8hrs shifts

Pay rate:  $25/hr

Responsibility

·         Directs, initiates, and implements a patient care plan in a long-term care environment.

·         Assists physicians during examinations and procedures.

·         Prepares equipment, applies and changes dressings, and monitors patients.

·         May administer prescribed medications.

·         Requires an associate's degree and is certified as a registered nurse.

·         Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field.

·         Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.

·         Performs a variety of tasks

Requirements:

Resume – with a minimum of 1 year of long-term care experience
LPN - PA license (in good standing)
Current - BLS/CPR
2- current references (supervisors)
2- step PPD (within the last 12 months)
Current physical (within the last 12 months)
MMR, Varicella, Hep B- Vaccination or declined
PA- Police – criminal background check
Must be able to pass back ground check
Must be able to pass urine drug screen
