being a wagamama line cook means being part of the team that brings our kitchens to life. it means being on the move in a busy environment to create beautiful, fresh dishes for our guests
our kitchens are seriously fast moving so communication between line chefs, kitchen porters and kitchen managers is important to make sure each shift runs smoothly. as a wagamama line chef you will own your station, (wok, fry, teppan or ramen) keeping it spotless, ensuring that you have prepped the correct amount of fresh food, and that every dish you create is perfectly made to wagamama standards
a wagamama line chef is always looking to get involved. you’ll care about your team and help lead your restaurant to success by role modelling the wagamama values every day
