As a Line Cook with Tap In Pub & Carvery , your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Cooking, prepping, and cleaning
• Prepare foods according to recipes and standards as dictated by the chef
• Ensure that food quality, freshness, and presentation meet standards of the kitchen
• Ensure that all kitchen areas are clean and organized
• Prepare, handle, and store food in accordance with Chicago Health Department regulations
• Work well with other kitchen staff to ensure a good service to each other and the customer

Physical Requirements

• Must be able to walk and stand for up to 8 hours a day, with or without reasonable accommodation
• Must be able to bend, stoop, squat, and stretch to fulfill job duties
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
