Responsibilities:
Successful candidates must possess through knowledge of all food preparation techniques, styles, sanitation and food handling procedures. Commitment to excellence, high standards, and good judgement with the ability to make timely and sound decisions. Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities with enthusiasm is a must.
Education:
Graduate of a recognized culinary school and one to two years experience in a fast passed, high volume environment or a relevant combination of education and experience.

We are a 100% scratch kitchen featuring local produce, the highest quality meats, "Day Boat" Seafood. Gibsons Restaurant Group leads this award winning menu and culinary team.
We offer competitive compensation and excellent benefits, with eligibility for medical and dental insurance after 60 days and only averaging 25 hours worked per week.
