Job description

Cooks are sought for The Grill, Meadowood Estate Events and for the seasonal Pool kitchen. 
Grill Cook: 
The Grill is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner 7 days a week and features Chef Victoria Acosta’s wine country cuisine made with ingredients from the Meadowood garden and local purveyors. 
The Grill Cook assists in food preparation from start to finish with an exceptional eye for detail and the ability to create a beautiful plated dish, all in a fast-paced, high energy environment. 

Estate Events Cook: 
Our commitment to exceptional wine and culinary experiences is evident in the caliber and longevity of the members of our culinary team, under the direction of Estate Chef Alejandro Ayala – a twenty-seven year veteran of the Meadowood kitchen and James Beard Award Honoree. Chef Ayala – along with the members of our Events staff – will collaborate to design personalized menus utilizing best-of-the-season ingredients from our gardens.

Seasonal Pool Cook: The beautiful Meadowood pool areas host our hotel guests and members from March through October. The pool kitchen provides an exceptional and season-appropriate menu for warm weather casual dining. This is a daytime shift.
