EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE
All positions at Pacific Catch require at least one year of previous experience in the position you are applying for, in a high-volume, full- service restaurant with a strong hospitality focus.
PHYSICAL
Must be able to stand and exert well-paced mobility for periods of up to 5 hours in length. Must be able to reach, bend, stoop and frequently lift up to 50 pounds.
SCHEDULE
This is a part-time, hourly, non-exempt position. Hours may be different every week and schedules are not set or guaranteed, but candidates must be able to work nights and weekends on a consistent basis.

- Ability to follow documented recipes and plating guides with 100% accuracy.
RESPONSIBILITIES FOR SERVER INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:
- Ensure that all food meets quality and presentation standards.
- Maintain constant communication with chef and/or sous chef and fellow co-workers.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation, cleaning as you go.
- Coordinate tickets with other items being produced to ensure food goes to Expo correctly and in time with items from all other stations.
- Set up and break down station daily. Ensure proper prep levels are maintained for next shift.
- Use FIFO when gathering ingredients for station, ensuring older items are used first.
- Cook all products in a timely manner and to proper temperature.
- Adhere to Pacific Catch’s waste disposal standards, recycling and composting 100%.
