Design System Maintenance - Structural/Options Specialist

We are a national support team for Interior Design of new-build homes looking for a dedicated member to complete our team. Great customer service skills are a must as we support over 100 designers, maintaining their system that provides real time pricing during design appointments with homebuyers. Must be a self-motivator who takes pride in their work.

RESPONSIBILITIES

· Review information received for accuracy.

· Entering new Builders and Communities into design system.

· Entering room-by-room product quantities.

· Configuring the Floor Plans to reflect the Alternate Room changes specific to each region/builder/community.

· Maintain the Product Offering controls, Allowance and Banded Margins in system.

· Respond to Designer questions about pricing and proper system usage.

· Audit the output and validate calculation accuracy.
