Maintenance Technician

Atlantic Realty Partners is seeking an experienced Apartment Maintenance Tech to join our Team. As a member of the Customer Service team, you will be responsible for a multitude of apartment maintenance duties. A Maintenance Tech must be able to clearly and effectively communicate as well as interact with residents and staff in a professional and courteous manner at all times. Must be able to meet deadlines, and must be a multi-tasker . Required to participate in rotation of on call schedule. Must be punctual and have perfect attendance. In addition, other required job skills include but are not limited to knowledge of the following: Electrical Plumbing Appliances HVAC Carpentry Pools Painting

Requirements: EPA certification a plus Customer service oriented Previous maintenance experience required
