Building Maintenance Technician (lm)

A property management company seeking a Building Maintenance Technician to perform drywall, carpentry, plumbing, electrical repairs and other maintenance duties as needed.  Work hours are Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Qualified candidates must have prior building maintenance experience, must have a good knowledge of basic electrical, plumbing, drywall, and carpentry repairs, must be a team player, and must be safety conscious.  Only candidates that can pass a background, BMV check, and drug screen will be considered.
