Description and Responsibilities:
Navigates a web based maintenance tracking system (Titan), using the system to receive, update, complete, and invoice assigned work orders per SLA and department standard, within MAPCO’s budget based on established practices .
Responds to work orders and Technician Supervisor requests with a sense of urgency and appropriate response time dictated by the priority specified.
Performs timely and accurate troubleshooting and repairs of convenience store & food service/beverage equipment, plumbing fixtures, and fuel equipment.
Performs preventative maintenance upon refrigeration & fuel equipment, and lighting.
Assembles & installs, or disassembles & removes equipment as requested.
Operates and maintains an assigned vehicle, keeping it clean and serviced to improve its life and reduce expense.
Keeps storage areas (including assigned vehicle) stocked as needed, organized, and clean.
Supports the department by sustaining accurate and timely invoicing through the Titan system.
Maintains training and re-certifications as required.
Collaborates to continuously improve maintenance team processes and reduce expense/improve performance.
Complies with all MAPCO policies related to company issued vehicles, devices and tools.
Performs other duties as assigned by the Maintenance Supervisor, including occasional overnight travel.
Fuel Maintenance strongly preferred.
Strong communication skills.
Strong mechanical/technical back ground with diagnostic and troubleshooting experience.
Strong knowledge and the ability to estimate proper materials, costs, and time for projects.
Strong knowledge and skill in fuel equipment repair, including Wayne and Gilbarco dispensers, Veeder Root, STP’s, and Mag VFC’s.
Must possess a valid driver’s license.
Ability to work from a ladder.
Basic knowledge of the Titan Management Maintenance System.
Comfort interacting with third-party vendors.
Good multi-tasking and prioritization skills.
High curiosity, an intense desire to know and understand.
Strong collaborative skills.
Ability to lift 50 lbs.
