DUTIES: You will be responsible for: (1) Acting as the global functional HRIS manager; (2) Daily oversight of functional HRIS analysts focused on HRIS data and day to day functional HRIS operations; (3) Daily oversight of the functional HRIS systems and HRIS operations; (4) Ownership and oversight of functional information initiatives related to the global HRIS systems; (5) Working closely with the Information Technology department, teams, IT vendors, etc. in HRIS and HRIS related technology initiatives as a functional participant and stakeholder; (6) Ownership and oversight of global functional HRIS process, workflow, etc.; (7) Hiring and developing functional HR and HRIS staff and resources; (8) Working closely with a diverse audience in the HRIS integration and operational support with other critical minor and major applications and systems from a functional HRIS systems and functional HRIS operations perspective; (9) Leading functional HRIS configuration and HRIS functional support initiatives; (10) Owning and evolving all HRIS data collection and reporting; (11) Owning and evolving all HRIS process and standards.

REQUIRED:

Please NOTE: This is NOT an IT role. It is a HR role. This is NOT a role for consultants nor anyone with primarily a consulting background. This role is for someone who works in HR as an employee, and who is responsible for HRIS as a manager of the HRIS data, operations, and staff. This person works in a large, ideally global organization, and is purely focused on HRIS data, day to day operations, and HRIS staff from a functional HR perspective. This is NOT an IT HRIS position for someone with an IT background.

MUST have 5 years of STRONG/CURRENT HRIS FUNCTIONAL (NOT IT) experience as a corporate employee of an HR department (non-consulting/non-IT related).

MUST have 5 years of STRONG/CURRENT/RECENT functional HRIS configuration, daily HRIS department operations, and functional HRIS data management/ownership.

MUST have 3 years of STRONG/CURRENT supervisory/hire/fire experience as a functional HR and HRIS owner.

This career focus MUST NOT be as a consultant nor IT professional but as an employee of a large global organization and with your experience as an employee of the HR department, owning HRIS functional and daily operations oversight.
