Job Description

HYTORC is seeking an experienced management level individual that has direct experience, as well as, an intimate understanding of the mining industry. This individual will focus on promoting HYTORC’s Industrial Bolting Solutions. The ideal candidate will work independently with a network of his or her own industry contacts and our company management, to identify potential clients and schedule meetings that will ultimately lead to sales of our industrial bolting technology. Candidate will also work as a liaison between our current sales representatives and these customers to leverage existing relationships with mining customers. HYTORC has the only bolting products that can truly optimize bolting safety, quality and schedule. The ideal candidate will know how to spread the awareness amongst the decision makers within OEM's and contractors in order to get our product’s specified. Experience with Caterpillar, Komatsu, Liebherr, P & H Minepro and other large mining companies is ideal.

Job Requirements

· Candidate must possess hands-on mechanical aptitude, and exceptional social skills.

· Must have prior experience and numerous industry contacts.

· Must be comfortable with public speaking and delivering presentations to managers and engineers using multi-media.

· Must also have the ability to inspire confidence and build rapport with craftsmen while giving live demonstrations of our equipment at the client's site.
