Summary: The Attendance Manager is responsible for excellence in all the admin processes related to Lost Time avoidance for Ground Handling operations at LAX, including but not limited to a staffing complement of more than 700 ground handling staff. The position will formulate an attendance management strategy which meets our Lost Time Targets.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities to Include, but not limited to:
• Conduct daily attendance reviews
• Daily preparation of Employee Performance Development for each employee who fail to call or show to work
• Monthly preparation of Employee Performance Developments for each employee in violation of Absence Management policy during the month in review
• Ensure data quality in the Time and Attendance system to facilitate accurate efficiency reporting.
• Manage staff reliability program.
• Prepare analysis and reports for OEM of Lost Time numbers.
• Responsible for Operations Administration.
• Other duties as assigned by OEM.
