Mary Kraft is looking for an HR Manager for an organization in the Washington, D.C. area. This individual will be responsible for overseeing HR Functions such as onboarding, employee relations, benefits, and more.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in related field
- 3+ years working in an HR Role
- 1+ years experience interacting with internal employees via benefits, open enrollment, employee relations, etc.
- Computer Proficiency (MS Office Suite, Word, Excel)
- Previous experience managing a team of others.
