Job description

We are looking for a dynamic Order Entry Manager to join our team!

The Order Entry Manager oversees the processing of all order requests for entry into the computer system and ensures that the daily workload is distributed and completed appropriately to ensure timely and accurate processing.

Tasks & Responsibilities Include but not limited to:

  • Ensure prioritization of all team workloads.

  • Monitor workflow daily to ensure processing levels meet the required productivity levels.

  • Notify and report daily the backlog inventories and work completed volumes.

  • Ensure performance standards are continuously met according to the performance matrix based on volume, volume change or needs.

  • Allocate available staff to respond to changes in work load to optimize daily productivity targets.

  • Work with other departments to ensure client expectations are being met.

  • Ability to train and develop staff.

    Job Qualifications:

  • AA degree or higher preferred;

  • Knowledge of document retrieval experience preferred, but not required;

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills;

  • 3+ years experience in managing both supervisory and line employees in a team environment;

  • Flexibility - adapt to continuous change & work per productivity demands (ie. overtime, weekends)
